【正文】 財務(wù)管理的核心是資金管理，而資金管理的重要內(nèi)容就是：資金集中管理。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)集團(tuán)為了加強對所屬成員單位資金運用的監(jiān)管和控制，降低資金成本和資金運作風(fēng)險，提高資金整體運作效率和效益大都實行資金集中管理。這與企業(yè)集團(tuán)的財務(wù)管理目標(biāo)相悖。為了實現(xiàn)這個目標(biāo)就需要采取行之有效的財務(wù)管控方法。盡管在同一集團(tuán)組織構(gòu)架中有各種各樣的利益主體，并且不同的利益主體有有各自不同的目標(biāo)，但無論各個利益主體之間存在怎么樣的利益分歧，其他利益主體（包括經(jīng)營者、債權(quán)人、勞動者等）的利益最終都要以出資人的利益為中心。 關(guān)鍵詞：企業(yè)集團(tuán),資金集中管理，研究8 / 32AbstractThe corporation groups in our country have been developing for 20 years, and they are developing at a more amazing speed in recent years. With the development of the corporation groups, there appeared some problems in the management of capital. All the corporation groups hope that, through effective management and control, they can optimize the structure of the capital’s flow, prevent the managing risks, and strengthen the ability to gain profit. This paper has put forward the idea of managing the group’s capital through power centralization and concentration, this kind of management can make the corporation groups share all their inside information, improve the groups’ collective interest and management level, strengthen their peting power, and assure the realization of the group’s overall strategic objectives.Since its founding, Ning xia Coal Group has established the operating system of capitalconcentrating management, and carried out the system of “twoline” management to its capital flow and the capital budget management. But the inside banks’ saving and borrowing has taken a great amount of the group’s capital, this caused the increase of the amount in overdrawn money, and has bee a great problem in the group’s capital management, and the problem should be solved urgently. Through the analyzing of the main models of the groups’ capitalconcentrating management in our country and the difficulties in carrying them out, this paper has put forward the idea of concentrating management to the group’s finance, pointed out the advantages of powerconcentrating financial management, prehensively used the theory of corporation management, especially used the capital management theory, the budget management theory in financial management, and on the basis of these, using conductive and inductive methods, bining the quantitative and qualitative research methods, this paper has made a deep research to the financial management of Ning xia Coal Group.
