The popularization of mass media means that the age of mass munication is ing. It provides different social stratum with the chance to share mass media information, thus information can flow fluently among them .The equal acquisition of information is the basic premise for each citizen to make wise decision for public policies .And it is also one of social democratic guarantees. Most importantly, it is the essential term for building an equal society .But in fact, gaps exist among different social stratum when they acquire mass media information.
