【正文】 chnology and AC electric drive control technology,AC drive system based on power electronic converter can be realized, especially the development of the large scale integrated circuit and puter control,the performance of AC speed regulation has made great progress,so that mine hoist has been rapid development.At present, the mining hoist is generally used for coal mine coal transportation between surface an underground, and the transportation of materials, monly used in mine hoist has two kinds: one kind is hoist single rope winding mine, another is the tworope friction hoist. This paper chooses is to mine hoist power supply and control method for a parative study of the advantages and disadvantages, and focus on the parison of several control methods of mine hoist, get a better control method.For the work environment is bad, speed control system in frequent starting, braking, acceleration and deceleration, and must adapt to load on the downhill and bumpy road conditions, so the requirements for big motor starting torque, strong overload capacity, initial starting torque of speed control system is small and overload ability is not strong, so in order to adapt to the coal demand development, the speed control system based on slip frequency control appeared , and then the AC speed regulation system based on fieldoriented vector control appeared in our eyes . The work of this paper is pared with the three kinds of control modes to study, so that we can clearly know what kind of speed control mode is the best. The advantages and disadvantages of different scheme are different, the changing speed control mode and result in a smooth starting, speed and reliability, no impact, the traction force is large enough, small energy consumption, simple operation, high ratio of performance to price, improve safety, braking performance and other advantages, it is of great benefit for the coal mine production.The main work of this thesis is to choose the different power supply modes to make a parison of their advantages and disadvantages, and performance characteristics by paring three kinds of control mode, so that the speed field oriented control system can adapt to the present coal mine environment and the requirement of production capacity. Through the description of its principle and advantage, and prospective control mode of future hoist new is the main work of this paper. In this paper, parative study for the power supply mode is on a narrow coal mine power supply system, relates to security, resource conservation to reduce consumption, better use of available resources for maximum benefit. Focus on the operation principle of the three kinds of control mode ,bring people are acquainted with the hoist working characteristics in deepening ,It makes control methods have a better way for the development of matting for the future hoist motor, paring three kinds of control mode, so that we can clearly know the advantages of what kind of control mode, what kind of a way to have any weaknesses, whether can promote domestic hoist speed control mode through the development of a new and better speed control mode practice. Vector control mode is the most obvious manifestation in three control, bined with the most cuttingedge knowledge, can carry on the control through various forms, DSP, chip microputer , PLC can be used for the speed control system, provides us with a more broad stage to realize.For the special environment of coal mine, the safety requirements are quite high, mine hoist used in mine coal transportation between surface an underground, and the transportation of materials, work in the hub of the main passage, so in the dangerous environment of coal mine ,we must take a series of safety protection measures, offer a safety environment for the equipment running, to ensure the safety of staff. Due to hoist operation heat larger and brake sometimes sparks prone , and the power supply voltage is relatively high, from the 380V power supply system prior to now to the development of 1140V power supply system the mainstream, so the safety measures in coal mine is essential. So this paper involve introduce of the explosion, electromagnetic shielding, grounding, cooling and other related knowledge.
