【正文】 儲(chǔ)量和煤炭工業(yè)，年調(diào)出量占我國省際煤炭凈調(diào)出量的3/4，年出口量占全國的1/2，已探明的煤炭儲(chǔ)量近3000億噸。趙國浩教授[2]依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的兼并整合成果，結(jié)合煤炭資源產(chǎn)業(yè)，采集山西煤炭資源整合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)山西煤炭資源整合兼并的必要性、存在問題和對(duì)策建議進(jìn)行了研究。煤炭資源整合重組對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響成為全社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的問題，本文就山西煤炭資源重組對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響問題做一些探討性研究。山西作為中部九省區(qū)之一，提出且實(shí)施了跨越式發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，邁出了嶄新的一步。 regional economy。 Technology (Beijing), 100083)Abstract: coal mining is the pillar industry of Shanxi province, and it develops with the mode of rough increasing economic all the time. In order to change this traditional economic development mode, Shanxi province has implemented the strategy of integrating and rebining the coal resources. This paper discussed the strategy’s effects on the Shanxi’s Gross National Product and Gross Industrial Product.
