性元件使得電力系統(tǒng)中的電壓波形畸變越來越嚴(yán)重,對電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定造成了很大的危害。最后,利用MATLAB軟件編寫了諧波電流計算界面,實現(xiàn)了諧波含量數(shù)據(jù)的可視化輸出。其次,以MATLAB/Simulink軟件作為仿真平臺,分別搭建了單相和三相橋式可控整流電路的仿真模型,分析了在不同延遲觸發(fā)角時,交流側(cè)電流中的諧波含量,且將理論計算數(shù)據(jù)與仿真分析數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比,其誤差在可控范圍內(nèi)。首先,本文從理論上對帶阻感負(fù)載的橋式整流電路進(jìn)行諧波分析,主要包括單相和三相橋式全控、半控和不控整流電路,推導(dǎo)其在忽略換相過程和直流側(cè)電流脈動時交流側(cè)電流中基波和各次諧波有效值的表達(dá)式。摘 要近幾十年來,由于電力電子裝置的廣泛應(yīng)用,公用電網(wǎng)的諧波污染日益嚴(yán)重,由諧波引起的各種故障和事故不斷發(fā)生,如何有效的計算諧波,檢測諧波,抑制諧波和提高電能質(zhì)量已成為電力系統(tǒng)的一個研究熱點。因此,對電力電子裝置進(jìn)行諧波分析具有重要意義。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了三相全控橋式整流電路在分別考慮換相過程和直流側(cè)電流脈動時的諧波含量。結(jié)果表明,采用仿真工具,驗證了本文理論分析的正確性。關(guān)鍵詞:橋式整流電路;諧波計算;仿真分析;可視化界面AbstractHarmonics pollution of the utility grid has bee more and more serious as the wider use of various power electronic devices in recent years. And it results in power quality drops and accidents happen. How to effectively restrain harmonics and improve the quality of electric power system has bee a hotspot. Therefore, it is a great significance to analyze the harmonic of power electronic devices.Firstly, the harmonic of rectifier bridge device is analyzed content on resistive inductive load in theory, including singlephase and threephase fullcontrolled bridge, semicontrolled and noncontrolled rectifier circuit, and it derives the AC side current expression of the fundamental and harmonic valid values of those bridge rectifier harmonic on ignoring forphase process and the DC current ripple. On this basis, this paper analyzes of the harmonic content of the three fullcontrolled rectifier bridge in considering the mutation process and the DC current pulse move forward a single step.Secondly, the singlephase and threephase bridge is built with controlling rectifier circuit simulation model by using MATLAB/Simulink software as the simulation platform respectively, and analyzes the different delay firing angle of the AC side current harmonic content, and pares the theory calculations with the simulation analysis of data, the error is in the controllable range.
