Exhibitors may have food and beverages at the cafeteria inside the exhibition hall restaurants. TIMETABLE OF SITE OPERATION (FOR CONTRACTORS amp。 repairs or alterations by removal or addition of materials must only be carried out outside the opening hours of the fair and with the prior consent of the Organizer. STAND CLEANINGThe Organizer will arrange for the general cleaning of the exhibition hall and stands prior to the opening of the exhibition and daily thereafter. Exhibitors, forwarders and agents are responsible for removing packing materials, empty cartons, wooden crates, etc., before the exhibition opens daily. Extra removal charges will be incurred if the above items are discarded in any part of the exhibition hall. STORAGENo storage area will be provided for the empty cartons, wooden crates, etc., at the venue. Exhibitors should make prior arrangement with their forwarders or agents for storing their properties and packing cases. SITE AND SITE OPERATION MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS Regulations on booth special decoration process managementa. Exhibitors or construction units must provide the following materials so as to do the decoration process. Construction units should obey the fire control ordinance and other regulations set by the exhibition center, and follow the regulations below throughout the decoration process: The booth should be made of flameretardant material, the structure should be firm and make sure the booth is safe during the exhibition. Do not use inflammable and explosible materials for construction. Do not smoke, light fire and spray paint in the construction site, a fine would be charged if doing so. Special decorations should follow the fairground’s regulations, do not exceed the height limit (refer to ). the distance between the highest point of working and the ceiling light should not less than 2m. Setting the booth or doing other constructions, do not perforate, paint, post, etc, on the walls and the ground. Do not damage any facilities of the Center. A fine of 25 times of the cost of facilities would be charged to the creditor if doing so. The booth should not cover fire fighting equipments, electric appliances, emergency exits and passages, building of booths under the rolling doors for fire prevention of each hall are not allowed. Hanging things on the net supports of each hall should inform and agreed by the Organizers and Official Contractor.d. Construction units should apply for the construction procedure base on the actual construction area and the number of workers. Discrepancy in stated working area and actual working area and use one badge for several workers are strictly
