【正文】 工作面的重要支護(hù)設(shè)備,其技術(shù)的改進(jìn)與革新在飛速的發(fā)展。 液壓支架有許多類(lèi)型結(jié)構(gòu)。支架液壓系統(tǒng)包括操縱閥、液控單向閥、安全閥、側(cè)壓閥和供液回液軟管等。 采煤工作面用的液壓支架是一種復(fù)雜的煤礦機(jī)械。根據(jù)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求.要把我國(guó)建設(shè)為“資源節(jié)約型,環(huán)境友好型”的社會(huì),煤炭工業(yè)面臨著歷史性的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇,經(jīng)歷著關(guān)鍵性的轉(zhuǎn)變。在未來(lái)新能源大規(guī)模利用之前。 electrohydraulic control system。從而設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)更合理的球面密封電磁先導(dǎo)閥。并對(duì)平面、錐面、球面密封三種電磁先導(dǎo)閥進(jìn)行了一系列比較,選取球面密封電磁先導(dǎo)閥作為此次設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象。 i 液壓支架用電磁先導(dǎo)閥設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 電磁先導(dǎo)閥作為電液控制系統(tǒng)的 控制元件, 在液壓電液控制系統(tǒng)中起到了重要作用。本文在查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)液壓支架電液控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理、發(fā)展歷程及其優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述。并 從電磁先導(dǎo)閥的結(jié)構(gòu)入 手,通過(guò)對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理的分析,完成了對(duì)電磁先導(dǎo)閥的受力分析、 結(jié)構(gòu) 設(shè)計(jì)和幾何尺寸計(jì)算 。 關(guān)鍵詞:電磁先導(dǎo)閥、電 液控制系統(tǒng)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) ii A Design of Electromagic Pilot Valve for Hydraulic Roof Supports Abstract As the control ponents of electrohydraulic control system, electromagic pilot valve plays an important role in electrohydraulic control system. This paper is based on the reading of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the working principle , the development process and the advantages of the hydraulic supports electrohydraulic control system are described. I carried out a series of parison of flat sealed, conical sealed , spherical sealed of the electromagic pilot valve. Select the spherical sealed electromagic pilot valve as the design object. I start my work from the structure of the electromagic pilot valve, plete force analysis , structural design and calculation geometry through analyzing its structure and working principle. In order to design electromagic pilot valve of spherical sealed , that is more reasonable structure.
