【正文】 Modules 7～ 9 考點(diǎn) 一 “What... for？ ”句型 【課文原句】 “And what is a book for， ” thought Alice, “without pictures or conversations？ ”愛麗絲心想： “連插 圖和對(duì)話都沒有，這書還有什么意思呢？ ” (八上 P58) “What...for？”表示“有什么用；為什么”，可縮寫為 “ What for？”。 —Daming, may I borrow your radio? 大明，我可以借 一下你的收音機(jī)嗎？ —What for？ /What do you borrow it for？干什么？ 考點(diǎn) 二 “too... to...”結(jié)構(gòu) 【課文原句】 It was too dark for her to see anything. 里面太暗了，她什么也看不見。 too是副詞，后接形容詞或副詞的原級(jí)， to后接 動(dòng)詞原形。 (2)too... to...結(jié)構(gòu)常與以下結(jié)構(gòu)相互轉(zhuǎn)換： 【注意】 當(dāng) too... to...前有否定詞 never時(shí)，表示肯定含義。s never too late to ，學(xué)到老。 1．她太小了還不能照顧自己。 (八上 P58) (1)while是連詞，意為 “當(dāng) ?? 的時(shí)候 ”。 The mother was washing while her son was playing with a toy ，她的兒子在玩一輛玩具汽車。 He is strong while his brother is ，而他 弟弟卻很瘦弱。 (3)when與 while的用法區(qū)別 兩者都表示 “當(dāng) ?? 時(shí) ”， when既指時(shí)間點(diǎn)，也可指一段 時(shí)間； while只指一段時(shí)間。 When the teacher came in, we were talking.＝ While we were talking, the teacher came ，老師走了進(jìn)來。 2． The TV news talked abou
