【正文】 方提出索賠（包括換貨），由此引起的全部費(fèi)用應(yīng)由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。貨到目的港后，買方將申請中國商品檢驗(yàn)局(以下簡稱商檢局)對貨物的規(guī)格和數(shù)量/重量進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物殘損或規(guī)格、數(shù)量與合同規(guī)定不符，除保險(xiǎn)公司或輪船公司的責(zé)任外，買方得在貨物到達(dá)目的港后的10日內(nèi)憑商檢局出具的檢驗(yàn)證書向賣方索賠或拒收該貨。轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)被允許，和分批裝運(yùn)被禁止。ispartialallowedThe Seller shall, immediately upon the pletion of the loading of the goods, advise the Buyer of the Contract No., names of modity, loading quantity, invoice values, gross weight, name of vessel and shipment date immediatelys failure to effect loading when the vessel arrives duly at the loading port, all expenses including dead freight and/or demurrage charges thus incurred shall be for the Seller39。在貨物越過船弦并脫離吊鉤以前一切費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。(2) 標(biāo)有合同編號、信用證號（信用證支付條件下）及裝運(yùn)嘜頭的商業(yè)發(fā)票一式三份；Signed mercial invoice in three copies indicating Contract No., L/C No. (Terms of L/C) and shipping marks.(3) 裝箱或重量單一式三份Packing list/weight memo in three copies (4) 商檢證書一式三份Commercial lnvoice in three copies(5)原產(chǎn)地證書一式三份Certificate of Origin C/O in three copies(6) 裝運(yùn)通知的副本The copy of the shipping notice 15. 裝運(yùn)條款（Terms of Shipment）： 賣方應(yīng)在合同規(guī)定的裝運(yùn)日期前20天通知買方合同號、品名、數(shù)量、金額、包裝件、毛重、尺碼及裝運(yùn)港可裝日期，以便買方安排租船/訂艙。Letter of Credit: The Buyer shall, 10 days prior to the time of shipment /after this Contract es into effect, open an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of the Seller.
