sis The synthesis of an oilbased drilling fluid thickener agent and performance evaluationGrade: 2009Name: Sun ChongSpeciality: ChemistryInstructor: Zhang RuiSchool of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering20136摘要對(duì)大位移、大斜度、水平井、高溫高壓以及各種敏感性地層,油基泥漿表現(xiàn)出很好的潤(rùn)滑、抑制和地層保護(hù)能力,以及容許污染物和固相的存在,抗污染能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn);但油基泥漿在使用過(guò)程中存在對(duì)鉆井液的黏度控制較為困難的問(wèn)題,其低剪切速下的黏度值較低,不利于懸浮和攜帶鉆屑,特別是在大斜度、大位移和水平井中。國(guó)內(nèi)為了解決油基鉆井液的懸浮問(wèn)題,一般是加入大量的親油膠體,但這將會(huì)導(dǎo)致塑性黏度也隨之增加。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種增黏材料,以GMA(甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯)接枝SEBS,通過(guò)改善油基鉆井液的流變性來(lái)提高其懸浮鉆屑能力。 but oilbased mud in the course of the existence of the drilling fluid viscosity control more difficult problems, the low shear rate viscosity value is lower, is not conducive to suspension and carry cuttings, especially in highangle, large displacement and horizontal wells.
