Ammonia ester bond is posed of isocyanate and hydroxy reaction gain. Castor oil because of its contain many hydroxy ponent, rich sources and low price for the production of polyurethane (pu) provides plenty of raw materials. This report by castor oil as raw material, the feasibility of the annual capacity of 450 tons of polyurethane, mainly from the project market analysis, project construction scale and investment plan, production technology and equipment, raw materials and fuel power, engineering construction plan, environmental protection, safety, energy saving, investment estimation and financing, economic benefit analysis, are discussed. With castor oil polyurethane is divided into castor oil alcohol solution, castor oil PU pre polymers preparation, castor oil PU pre polymers, such as the curing process. The production process to improve the utilization rate of raw materials, as far as possible to realize clean production, which can effectively solve the three wastes treatment of this problem.
