【正文】 高校圖書館物業(yè)管理簡介（1）館舍的維修與養(yǎng)護(hù)為了防止減少和控制館舍損壞確保館舍的正常安全使用，必須加強(qiáng)館舍的技術(shù)管理，經(jīng)常及時(shí)地對館舍進(jìn)行維修和養(yǎng)護(hù)。在搜集材料、調(diào)查研究、接觸實(shí)際的過程中，既可以印證學(xué)過的書本知識，又可以學(xué)到許多課堂和書本里學(xué)不到的活生生的新知識。大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，不論從事何種工作，都必須具有一定的研究和寫作能力。所謂圖書館的現(xiàn)代化[1]，是指根據(jù)圖書館工作的實(shí)踐，遵循其客觀規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù)條件，科學(xué)合理地組織與管理圖書館工作，最大限度地提高工作效率和質(zhì)量，最有效地完成圖書館的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。要長期有效地維護(hù)保養(yǎng)好龐大的圖書館物業(yè), 并不斷提高其使用效率, 滿足讀者使用多樣化、多層次的不斷變化的需求, 必須采取市場化、企業(yè)化經(jīng)營和社會化的管理模式來實(shí)現(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞：高校圖書館 物業(yè) 管理 現(xiàn)代化 ABSTRACTEducation must face the modernization, this is 21 century school education development of the important trend.
