【正文】 種做法是非常的不合理的,因?yàn)檫B續(xù)幾年的畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)信息實(shí)際上真實(shí)的反應(yīng)了市場(chǎng)的人才資源結(jié)構(gòu)變化的趨勢(shì),如果學(xué)校能夠根據(jù)這一趨勢(shì)調(diào)整培養(yǎng)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的結(jié)構(gòu),那樣就能夠培養(yǎng)出與社會(huì)需求相適應(yīng)的人才,而不至于有的專業(yè)人員大量的冗余而有的則比較稀缺。學(xué)生的就業(yè)方向進(jìn)行判斷、就業(yè)報(bào)到證的辦理。信息的利用率低、效果差。信息化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一。信息是靜態(tài)的,現(xiàn)實(shí)性差。構(gòu)建科學(xué)有效的高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)為高校各專業(yè)設(shè)置和相應(yīng)招生人數(shù)確定提供科學(xué)的決策依據(jù)就成為解決供需結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾的迫切需要。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的總體就業(yè)形勢(shì)基本平衡,但在供需結(jié)構(gòu)上存在很大的問題,一邊學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力逐步增大,一邊我國(guó)的高技術(shù)人才缺口很大。但是,當(dāng)前我們就業(yè)工作的任務(wù)仍非常巨大。最后提出了系統(tǒng)在將來(lái)可以改進(jìn)的幾個(gè)方面,并展望了系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用前景。系統(tǒng)滿足了就業(yè)管理現(xiàn)有不同業(yè)務(wù)的需求,對(duì)今后新業(yè)務(wù)的需求也具有良好的擴(kuò)展性。因此,為了使校園招聘成為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的主體市場(chǎng),我們建立了為畢業(yè)生、用人單位與學(xué)校搭建了一個(gè)進(jìn)行信息交換的平臺(tái),為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作的順利開展開辟了一條快捷、高效的途徑。1高校就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi) 容 摘 要隨著我國(guó)高校就業(yè)制度改革的不斷深化,雙向選擇、自主擇業(yè)已成為主要的就業(yè)方式。我國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織后,就業(yè)信息的時(shí)效性等問題越來(lái)越突出的表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。論文在分析畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理業(yè)務(wù)的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì) B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)模式的優(yōu)越性,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于 B/S 模式的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)。論文介紹了 B/S 體系結(jié)構(gòu)及其特點(diǎn),論述了采用 B/S 模式實(shí)現(xiàn)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)系統(tǒng)的可行性和優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)該體系結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)技術(shù),給出了基于 B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)模式的就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),包括系統(tǒng)的需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)流圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊圖、系統(tǒng)安全措施等,各相關(guān)技術(shù)在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中的具體運(yùn)用。關(guān)鍵詞:B/S 體系結(jié)構(gòu) 就業(yè)管理 信息系統(tǒng)ABSTRACTWith the development of employment system for the graduates from our universities, the twoway job choice and the independent choosing profession have e the main employment way. After our country joins World Trade Organization, the questions about timeefficiency employment have e to be more and more serious. In order to turn the campus into the main employment market for the graduates, we have established employer and school which help the graduates to find the appropriate position.Based on the characters of graduate employment and their trends, aiming to the advantages of mode of B/S structure, the paper has designed and realized the management system of graduate employment based on B/S. This system meets the different requirements of current employment management, and also has the nicer use for extending.The paper has introduced the B/S architecture and characters, proved the feasibility and advantage of B/S mode in the system of graduate employment, realized the relatives skills of architecture structure , ill the system of employment management which included the requirement analysis, data flowing, database design, system architecture, graph of work structure ,graph for function model, system security and practical use of relative skills.
