【正文】 市常年主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向東南風(fēng)，靜風(fēng)頻率20。金化公司位于湖北省黃石市，主要生產(chǎn)金屬異型管，廠區(qū)內(nèi)主要有生產(chǎn)車間、一線職工辦公樓、食堂和公司寫字樓四處主要建筑物，生產(chǎn)車間長、寬、高為 704010m3，車間墻體厚度 ，一線辦公樓高 10m，寫字樓高13m，食堂 4m。根據(jù)實際工藝在有害物散發(fā)點直接把有害物質(zhì)搜集起來，經(jīng)過凈化處理，排至室外，分為進(jìn)風(fēng)和排風(fēng)。由于生產(chǎn)條件的限制、有害物源不固定等原因，不能采用局部通風(fēng)，或者采用局部排風(fēng)后，室內(nèi)的有害物濃度仍超過衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在這種情況下采用全面通風(fēng)。 dust前言隨著城市現(xiàn)代化的快速發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高，室內(nèi)外空氣污染物的控制技術(shù)不僅在改善民用建筑和生產(chǎn)車間的空氣條件、保護(hù)人們身體健康、提高勞動生產(chǎn)率方面起著重要的作用，而且還在許多工業(yè)部門起著保證生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量起著重要的作用。關(guān)鍵詞：風(fēng)量；風(fēng)壓；排風(fēng)罩；除塵SummaryThis curriculum is mainly designed about the ventilation system for metal processing workshop. The process is as follows. At first, workshop dust source is divided into three interval according to the workshop situation. Then, draft capacity of each exhaust hood and total exhaust volume and resistance in the system are calculated. Later, according to the above data, options of the blower and precipitator are made. At last, the ventilation system layout and axonometric drawing of ventilation system are drawn.
