頁(yè) 5000m3/d 印染廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)中,污水處理規(guī)模為日處理生產(chǎn)廢水 5000m3/d,進(jìn)水水質(zhì): COD 為 900mg/L, BOD為 250mg/L , SS 為 180mg/L,色度為 400 度, pH 為 6, NH3N 為 30mg/L。出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《 紡織染整工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 》( DB 32/6702022)中規(guī)定的排放的要求,即 COD≤100mg/L,BOD≤25mg/L, SS≤70mg/L,色度 ≤40 度, pH 為 6~9, NH3N≤15mg/L。因?yàn)橛∪緩U水屬 于難降解的廢水,所以本設(shè)計(jì)采用水解酸化提高廢水的可生化性。沉淀池后設(shè)置混凝沉淀池,作為三級(jí)處理,可獲得較好的出水水質(zhì),使廢水達(dá)標(biāo)排放。且節(jié)約用地、提高綠化、降低能耗的理念在設(shè)計(jì)中得到充分的實(shí)踐,符合新時(shí)代環(huán)保的要求。 hydrolysis acidification 。
