Pyrus xerophila and Pyrus betulifolia Bunge leaves total iron content (both over 500mg/Kg?DW) is higher than Pyrus xinjiang( under450mg/Kg?DW). Iron deficiency treatment reduce the iron content of all varieties in different extent.
