Taking FP0 series PLC as control core, this system can carry out heating process for metallic materials while ensure electrical installations operate stably accordance with the design requirements using the powerful function of PLC. The system also uses touch screen instead of the ordinary push button, enhance the interaction between human and puter. It can modify the numerical value in the program segment freely, and realize the optimization of heating process by automatic tracking and monitoring during heating treatment process. The system has the following advantages as simple external circuit, high control accuracy, high puting speed, low power consumption and miniaturization.
