【正文】 小企業(yè)自身、金融機(jī)制、政府三個(gè)角度入手探討，最后得出解決中小企業(yè)融資難需要多方努力，是一復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程的結(jié)論。因此，在研究中小企業(yè)融資問題時(shí)，必須堅(jiān)持聯(lián)系的觀點(diǎn)。 中小企業(yè)正是由于資金不足制約了發(fā)展才需要金融機(jī)構(gòu)、政府乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的幫扶。但是由于其規(guī)模相對(duì)較小、科技含量整體相對(duì)較低等客觀條件的限制，中小企業(yè)要在未來(lái)激烈的國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展，現(xiàn)實(shí)中面臨著許多環(huán)境障礙，存在諸如融資難﹑賦稅重﹑社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系跟不上等問題。 11 致謝 9 結(jié)論 8 加大政府對(duì)中小企業(yè)的政策扶持 7 提高中小企業(yè)自身素質(zhì) 3 中小企業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位 s economic system and for its own reasons, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises are still facing many problems in the process of development, especially the financing difficulties has bee a bottleneck, restricting the healthy development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China, so how to crack the shortage of finance for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and improve the efficiency of financing has increasingly bee the key to the healthy development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. In this paper, it will introduce the current status of small and medium enterprises, analyzing the problems of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing, analysis the reason of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing difficult from two aspect: their own management and imperfect of financial system. Finally, propose some policies to improve the development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, alleviate the financing shortage of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, and promote sound and fast development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China.
