確的打靶結(jié)果,有利于提高打靶效果。 89C2051單片機(jī)的程序,使用 keil 編譯器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試完成,其主要功能是控制數(shù)據(jù)的串行傳送,實(shí)現(xiàn)與計(jì)算機(jī)的串口通信。最后把編碼值以串口的形式傳送到計(jì)算機(jī),利用計(jì)算機(jī)的強(qiáng)大功能對(duì)打靶結(jié)果進(jìn)行各種處理。信號(hào)由 光電探測(cè)器檢測(cè)后傳送到相應(yīng)的放大電路,放大電路采用集成運(yùn)算放大器。打靶的成績(jī)由激光所擊中的光電探測(cè)器的編號(hào)來(lái)判定。激光打靶的打靶過(guò)程,由激光槍發(fā)射激光脈沖信號(hào),光電靶接收激光脈沖信號(hào),經(jīng)過(guò)系列信號(hào)處理過(guò)程最終得到打靶的結(jié)果。 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) ( 20xx 屆) 題 目 學(xué) 院 專 業(yè) 班 級(jí) 學(xué) 號(hào) 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 完成日期 20xx年 6 月 摘 要 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要設(shè)計(jì)自主研發(fā)的激光打靶系統(tǒng)的信號(hào)處理過(guò)程,繼而實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)打靶系統(tǒng)。激光打靶系統(tǒng)主要包括半導(dǎo)體激光槍、光電探測(cè)器和信號(hào)處理電路,信號(hào)處理過(guò)程是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵。光電靶由許多塊的光電探測(cè)器組成,每塊不同位置的光電探測(cè)器對(duì)應(yīng)不同編號(hào),從打靶的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),確定了相應(yīng)的編號(hào)規(guī)則。 激光打靶系統(tǒng)的主要信號(hào)處理過(guò)程包括:信號(hào)的放大、編碼和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。按原先對(duì)光電探測(cè)器的編碼規(guī)則采用多路優(yōu)先編碼器對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行編碼。與計(jì)算機(jī)之間的串行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸由 89C2051單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 該信號(hào)處理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)信號(hào)的良好檢測(cè)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 激光打靶;信號(hào)處理;信號(hào)編碼;串行傳輸 ABSTRACT The main aim of this thesis is to design and realize signal processing of a selfdeveloped laser target shooting system and then realize the whole laser target shooting system. The laser target shooting system consists of semiconductor laser gun, photoelectric detector, and signal processing circuit, which is the key part of the whole system. Laser target shooting process go though following steps: laser gun emitted a pulse of laser, which would be received by the laser target and the results of shooting will be shown on screen of puter by series signal processing. The laser target consists of some silicon photoelectric units that were encoded with different numbers according to certain rule. The result of the shooting will be got when detecting the number of the photoelectric unit that receives the laser pulse. The signal processing of the laser target shooting system mainly consists of signal amplification, signal encoding and data transmission. The inspected photoelectric signal was then amplified by operator amplifiers, coded by multiplex priority encoder according to the prearranged rule, and then transferred to puter by 89C2051 MCU through its serial port. And then puter can process the signal. The program of 89C2051 MCU is designed in keil and debugged using keil piler. It is designed to control the data transmission with puter. The designed signal processing system can detect signal effectively. Through the serial data transmission, puter can process the shooting result, such as display, statistics and storage etc. It provide direct and exact shooting result for trainer, so it can increase the efficiency of the shooting training. Key words: laser target shooting; signal amplification; signal encode;serial data transmission 1 引言 目前的射擊打靶訓(xùn)練,基本以實(shí)彈訓(xùn)練為主,國(guó)防開(kāi)支大,危險(xiǎn)系數(shù)高。因此有必要研制一種切合部隊(duì)實(shí)際的,在非實(shí)彈射擊條件下進(jìn)行射擊精度訓(xùn)練的打靶訓(xùn)練器,這樣既能保證部隊(duì)訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量又能減少?gòu)椝幭摹⒐?jié)約國(guó)防費(fèi)用,具有重大的國(guó)防意義。這種新型的部隊(duì)訓(xùn)練模擬器材是部隊(duì)訓(xùn)練器材的一次革命,是和平時(shí)期部隊(duì)訓(xùn)練的有效手段之一。 八十年代以來(lái),我國(guó)也有單位在進(jìn)行激光模擬訓(xùn)練器的研究和探索,將激光射擊模擬器用于部隊(duì)訓(xùn)練,取得了很好的訓(xùn)練效果,提高了部隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力。因此,我們擬從這些方向作進(jìn)一步的研究探索。主要從信號(hào)處理部分來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)激光打靶系統(tǒng),每次射擊能精確的顯示 5- 10 環(huán)的結(jié)果及脫靶情況,每個(gè)環(huán)數(shù)又可分為八個(gè)偏移方向。 2 概述 激光打靶系統(tǒng)概述 激光打靶系統(tǒng)的工作原理是采用激光脈沖來(lái)模擬槍彈的射擊,該系統(tǒng)一般包括激光發(fā)射部分、激光信號(hào)檢測(cè)模塊、打靶成績(jī)處理和顯示部分。 圖 21激光 打靶系統(tǒng) 原理圖 半導(dǎo)體激光器 [4,5]一般平行地安裝在武器裝備的槍管、炮管或?qū)棸l(fā)射架上,它可以發(fā)射一束與武器射擊方向一致的激光脈沖。光電探測(cè)器 [6]具有射擊靶的形狀,可以是點(diǎn)探測(cè)器和面探測(cè)器,通常數(shù)量較多,構(gòu)成多個(gè)信號(hào)檢測(cè)通路。 激光打靶采用以光代彈的形式進(jìn)行射擊訓(xùn)練,是 激光武器模擬器中最常見(jiàn)的一種。隨著研究和探索的深入,激光打靶系統(tǒng)的功能將進(jìn)一步完善,能夠更接近于武器裝備在實(shí)際使用中的表現(xiàn),增強(qiáng)真實(shí)感。 激光武器模擬器有以下幾個(gè)方面的發(fā)展趨勢(shì): ( 1)可以模擬的武器越來(lái)越多,激光武器模擬器正朝著系列化、組件化的方向發(fā)展,一
