【正文】 要污染 目前,我國城市空氣污染中存在著多種污染物。環(huán)境問題已經(jīng)不再是一個局部地區(qū)的問題,而是整個地球范圍內(nèi)的問題;環(huán)境問題不僅僅是個人健康的問題,也是關(guān)系到中華民族生 死存亡和子孫后代繁榮的大問題。人類和環(huán)境的話題,是人類永遠(yuǎn)的話題。 關(guān)鍵詞: 濕法、煙氣脫硫、二氧化硫、試驗研究、雙堿法 雙堿法脫硫技術(shù)方案 Abstract: In the position of primary energy, coal occupy the leading station in our country absolutely and most coal is burned. Because of higher sulfur content, a large amount of SO2 is released during bustion. In last twenty years, the emission of SO2 increased year by year and reached to million tons in 1995 ,the total amount of SO2 emission in our country had exceeded America for the first time and bee the maximal contributor of SO2。目前對 SO2進行治理的主要方式是鍋爐尾部煙氣脫硫,但由于國外成熟技術(shù)投資和運行費用都很高,難以為國內(nèi)用戶(特別是中小用戶)所接受,因此本文的一個主要目 標(biāo)就是在已設(shè)計的一種旨在投資和運行費用都比較低、脫硫效率中等、適合國內(nèi)市場需要的簡易煙氣脫硫裝置的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計試驗方案、完成試驗操作、分析試驗數(shù)據(jù),為實際生產(chǎn)中用廢堿液進行煙氣脫硫的應(yīng)用作基礎(chǔ)性研究。近二十年來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,我國的 SO2排放量連年增長, 1995 年達到 萬噸,首次超過美國而成為世界 SO2排放第一大國。雙堿法脫硫技術(shù)方案 摘要: 在我國一次能源構(gòu)成中,煤占據(jù)了絕對的主導(dǎo)地位。目前煤的主要利用方式還是燃燒,由于含硫量較高,煤在燃燒過程中會釋放出大量的二氧化硫( SO2)。大量的 SO2 排放導(dǎo)致酸雨污染迅速發(fā)展,對工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民生活造成極大危害。 試驗研究分析了用燒堿脫硫的方法,為下一步雙堿法脫硫工藝的試驗研究做了第一步的基礎(chǔ)準(zhǔn)備;試驗過程中考察了不同風(fēng)量、 SO2進口濃度、填料球高度、噴淋量、 PH 值等主要參數(shù)發(fā)生變化時對脫硫率影響的關(guān)系,并對試驗結(jié)果進行了分析討論,本試驗研究為工藝裝置的設(shè)計、操作和運行提供了所必需的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù);試驗 證明煙氣脫硫的效率在較好 工況條件下可達 %~ %是一種簡易的煙氣脫硫方法。 Large amounts of SO2 emission lead to acid rain developing rapidly, and endanger the production of industry and agriculture directly. Now FGD (flue gas desulfurization) is the main manner to decrease SO2 emission, but capital cost and operational cost of foreign mature technology are too expensive to accept by our consumer. So one main object of this paper is developing a kind of simple desulfurization technology, which capital cost and operational cost is lower and efficiency of desulfurization is middle. The NaOHalkali FGD method was studied experimentally. having done the first step basic preparation for the following dualalkali FGD process, the relation between the main affecting parameters(quantity of wind、 inlet SO2 concentration、 height of the ball、 quantity of liquid、 PH value of the absorbent solution. etc. ) and SO2 removal efficiency were studied. this research provide the necessary basic data for the design、 operation and performing of process device, the paper analyse and discuss the result of the experiment the test indicates that desulfurization efficiency in good conditions can achieve %~ %, it is a simple method of flue gas desulfurization.
