【正文】 糖漿調(diào)配混合而成 , 可配花色雪糕線生產(chǎn)出夾心型雪糕 , 配冰淇淋灌裝機生產(chǎn)出花色杯型 “雪可特 ”和 “鮮果脆冰杯 ”,該產(chǎn)品在香港、歐美、東南亞地區(qū)深受廣大消費者歡迎 , 特別是夏季兒童喜愛 , 現(xiàn)在我國南方市場開始流行。歐洲主要國家與美國的趨勢差不多 , 消費者更注意方便與健康。近年來提出 “三低一高 ”即低脂肪、低糖、低鹽、高蛋白 , 這也是冰淇淋產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢。我國的冷飲工業(yè)始于 20世紀 20年代 ,當時是采用冰塊冷凍方法自制自銷。冷凍技術(shù)和運輸業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展 ,家庭冰箱的普及和冷飲包裝的改進 ,為冰淇淋工業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了有利條件 ,開拓了更廣闊的消費市場。隨著濃縮和干燥牛乳的發(fā)展 ,巴氏殺菌器和均質(zhì)機的引進 ,冷凍機和其他加工設(shè)備的改進 ,1879年生產(chǎn)了冰淇淋蘇打,1904年出現(xiàn)蛋卷冰淇淋, 1921年出現(xiàn)紫雪糕。 關(guān)鍵詞 :立體花式冰淇淋, 成型機 ,人機界面 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II ABSTRACT The former for threedimensional pattern icecream is an automatic equipment producing high grade pattern icecream. It is mainly posed of four parts: the stepconveyerbelt, the robotic hands for positioning new cups, nozzles for dosage amp。本說明書對機架結(jié)構(gòu)及傳動部件、灌注造型頭、氣動控制系統(tǒng)等作了詳盡的敘述,并給出了已經(jīng)調(diào)試過的、可行的軟件程序。這 不僅使冰淇淋生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量明顯提高,而且節(jié)約了大量的維修及設(shè)備更新費用,增加了企業(yè)的效益。畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 立體花式冰淇淋成型機是生產(chǎn)高檔花式冰淇淋的自動化設(shè)備,主要有步進輸送帶、取杯機械手、灌注造型頭及分接盒四大部分構(gòu)成。 我們對現(xiàn)有的冰淇淋設(shè)備進行了改良設(shè)計,對其機械機構(gòu),控制系統(tǒng)進行全面改進設(shè)計, 大大改善了原有設(shè)備的技術(shù)性能, 改造后的成型機結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理,有較高的安全系數(shù)和較長的使用壽命。 為期三個月的畢業(yè)設(shè)計期間,我們完成了立體花式冰淇淋成型機的機架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、造型機械手設(shè)計、氣動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和分接盒設(shè)計,并編寫了系 統(tǒng)控制程序。 由于水平有限,錯誤之處在所難免,懇請老師們批評指正。 shaping and control box.
