【正文】 軟件工程 鄭軍 郭平英 軟件學(xué)院 螺桿空氣壓縮機(jī) 摘 要 隨著煤礦現(xiàn)代化的發(fā) 展、礦山設(shè)備不斷更新、不斷進(jìn)步,可靠性、易操作性、可監(jiān)視性、易維護(hù)性等已是最基本的要求,因此,應(yīng)在了解螺桿式空氣機(jī)機(jī)理與構(gòu)造的基礎(chǔ)上,合理的對(duì)空氣壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),并尋求更加安全,靠的檢測和控制新技術(shù)、新方法,不斷提升煤礦的安全化水平??諝鈮嚎s機(jī)是煤礦井下掘進(jìn)和錨噴直呼等作業(yè)的動(dòng)力氣源,螺桿空壓機(jī)的主要工作方式為啟動(dòng)、停止、加載、卸載,其進(jìn)氣設(shè)置加載閥,通過加載電磁閥來控制入口閥門的開關(guān)。 本論文根據(jù) 查找資料掌握 空氣壓縮機(jī) 的 相關(guān)基本知識(shí),詳述 礦用螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)的特點(diǎn),分析其加工工藝,對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行測試分析,完成礦用螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)的相關(guān)及邊緣常識(shí),最后得出結(jié)論:螺桿空氣壓縮機(jī)具有優(yōu)越而且可靠的性能,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好,發(fā)展前景好,值得推廣應(yīng)用。 If the exhaust pressure is higher than the set goals of ceiling, the air pressor load controller mand electromagic valve, losing electricity to inlet valve closed, air pressor in the noload discharge state, the press of time and space for idling actual operation.
