【正文】 畢業(yè)設計說明書 螺桿空氣壓縮機 班 級： 學號： 姓 名： 學 院： 專 業(yè)： 指導教師： 2021 年 6 月 軟件工程 鄭軍 郭平英 軟件學院 螺桿空氣壓縮機 摘 要 隨著煤礦現(xiàn)代化的發(fā) 展、礦山設備不斷更新、不斷進步，可靠性、易操作性、可監(jiān)視性、易維護性等已是最基本的要求，因此，應在了解螺桿式空氣機機理與構造的基礎上，合理的對空氣壓縮機進行調(diào)節(jié)，并尋求更加安全，靠的檢測和控制新技術、新方法，不斷提升煤礦的安全化水平?？諝鈮嚎s機是煤礦井下掘進和錨噴直呼等作業(yè)的動力氣源，螺桿空壓機的主要工作方式為啟動、停止、加載、卸載，其進氣設置加載閥，通過加載電磁閥來控制入口閥門的開關?？諌簷C運行時，若排氣壓力低于設定目標壓力的下限，則空壓機控制器使加載電磁閥得電，將入口閥門打開，空壓機處于滿負荷加載狀態(tài)；若排氣壓力高于設定目標壓力的上限，則空壓機控制器命令加載電磁閥失電，從而將入口閥門關閉，空壓機處于無負荷卸載狀態(tài)，此時空壓機實際為空轉運行。 本論文根據(jù) 查找資料掌握 空氣壓縮機 的 相關基本知識，詳述 礦用螺桿式空氣壓縮機的特點，分析其加工工藝，對其性能進行測試分析，完成礦用螺桿式空氣壓縮機的相關及邊緣常識，最后得出結論：螺桿空氣壓縮機具有優(yōu)越而且可靠的性能，經(jīng)濟效益好，發(fā)展前景好，值得推廣應用。 關鍵字 ：螺桿空壓機，安全化水平，電磁閥，滿負荷，無負荷 Screw air pressor Abstract With the development of modernization of coal mine, the mine equipment constantly updated, constantly progress, reliability, operability, can monitor, easy maintenance and so on is the most basic requirements, therefore, should be know the mechanism and structure of screw type air machine, on the basis of the reasonable adjustment of air pressor, and seek more secure, by new technology, new methods of detection and control, continuously raising the level of safety in coal mine. Air pressor is the coal mine excavation and the shotcreting call operations such as power source, the main works of the screw air pressor start, stop, loading, unloading, its inlet setting load valve, by loading the electromagic valve to control the inlet valve of the switch. Air pressor during, if the exhaust pressure is lower than the lower limit of goal setting pressure and air pressor controller make load electrical solenoid valve, open the inlet valve, air pressor in full load condition。 If the exhaust pressure is higher than the set goals of ceiling, the air pressor load controller mand electromagic valve, losing electricity to inlet valve closed, air pressor in the noload discharge state, the press of time and space for idling actual operation. This paper according to the master air pressor of the relevant basic knowledge, finding out information about the characteristics of the mine screw air pressor, analyzes its process technology, testing its performance analysis, relevant pleted mine screw air pressor and edge of mon sense, and finally draw the conclusion: screw air pressor are excellent and reliable performance, good economic benefit and good development prospects, is worthy of popularization and application.
