Webbased sales system that is based on the current development of the Inter, taking advantage of the Inter , the sales staff through the system can keep abreast of the dynamic real estate sales , but also make full use of the puter can be retrieved , convenience , and quickly learn about various other details of the sale of real estate in order to make the right decisions in a timely manner 。在此基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的過程中所遇到的問題以及其解決方案，并對所用核心技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。 本文首先從總體上概述了當(dāng)前網(wǎng)上售樓系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的國內(nèi)外背景和優(yōu) 勢，并闡述了本文的主要內(nèi)容。本系統(tǒng)采用 J2EE 架構(gòu)開發(fā)，后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用比較大型企業(yè)級應(yīng)用 Oracle,主要采用相對成熟的 SSH 企業(yè)級開發(fā)技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于 Web 的 B/S 模式的網(wǎng)上售樓系統(tǒng)?；?Web 的售樓系統(tǒng)就是立足于當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展，利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢，售樓人員可以通過該系統(tǒng)及時(shí)了解樓盤的動態(tài)銷售情況，還能充分利用電腦的可檢索性、方便、快速地了解有關(guān)銷售樓盤的其他各種詳細(xì)資料，以便及時(shí)做 出正確決策；客戶通過該系統(tǒng)，可以方便快速地查看樓盤信息，理智地做出購房選擇。 本科畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計(jì) ) 基于 Web 的售樓系統(tǒng) 摘 要 隨著科技水平的不斷發(fā)展以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷擴(kuò)大，利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等手段進(jìn)行銷售樓房已經(jīng)成為未來發(fā)展的一大趨勢。利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢，將售樓人員從繁瑣的售樓合同中解放出來，無紙化地銷售樓房已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前所趨。 本文所要介紹的基于 Web 的售樓系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)前流行的網(wǎng)上商店的一種形式，也是一種信息系統(tǒng)管理方式，更是電子商務(wù)的一個(gè)縮影。其主要功能包括對外在線樓房展示功能，在線交易功能，在線采購功能，對內(nèi)信息發(fā)布功能，信息統(tǒng)計(jì)功能。然后，對該網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)過程做了詳細(xì)介紹。最后，闡述了對網(wǎng)上售樓系統(tǒng)和傳統(tǒng)房地產(chǎn)銷售方式的對比，以及當(dāng)前網(wǎng)上售樓系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)的不足和對未來網(wǎng)上售樓系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的期待。 customers through the system, you can quickly and easily view real estate information , rationally choose to make a purchase . Web based sales system in this paper is to introduce a form of the popular online store , but also a management information system , it is a microcosm of emerce. The system was developed using J2EE architecture , background database using relatively large enterprise applications Oracle, mainly in relatively mature SSH enterprise development technologies , implements a Webbased B / S mode online sales system . Its main features include the external display function building online , online transaction capabilities , online purchasing function , internal information publishing , information statistics. This paper outlines the background and benefits of the current domestic and international online sales generated by the system as a whole, and describes the main contents of this article. Then , the system analyzes the site , design and implementation process of a detailed introduction. On this basis , the issue presented in the design and development process encountered and their solutions , and the core technology used in the analysis . Finally , elaborated on the online sales system and the traditional real estate sales parison approach , and the current lack of online sales system performance and expectations for the future development of the online sales system .
