ring Xu Guangchao Tutor Wang Xiu Abstract: Electroplating industry is an important processing industry in China, with the rapid development of science and technology, electroplating production line more and more automation, intelligent. The research of electroplating automatic production line for automatic control with Siemens PLC S7200 bined with converter, followed by automatic process pickling, electroplating and cleaning. Focus on the analysis of the hardware design, system software design, system wiring diagram of the hardware, the PLC control I\/O port allocation table and gives the program flow chart, supplemented by Kingview monitoring. The electroplating production line based on PLC control system has the characteristics of simple structure, easy programming, flexible operation, safe use, stable operation, reliable performance and strong ability against interference, realizes the automatic electroplating production process, improve production efficiency, reduces the fatigue strength, can better integrate into the industrial control field now.
