【正文】 動(dòng)中獲得一定的效益。并進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化建模,利用 ADAMS 提供的算法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)是在計(jì)算機(jī)上建造產(chǎn)品的整體模型,對(duì)產(chǎn)品投入使用后的各種工況進(jìn)行仿真分析,預(yù)測(cè)產(chǎn)品的整體性能,進(jìn)而改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),提高產(chǎn)品性能的一種新技術(shù)。該叉車的轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)采用橫置液壓缸式轉(zhuǎn)向橋取代傳統(tǒng)的拉桿式轉(zhuǎn)向橋。 一般來(lái)說(shuō),高質(zhì)量的叉車其優(yōu)越的 性能往往體現(xiàn)在高效率、低成本、高可靠性、人機(jī)工效設(shè)計(jì)好以及服務(wù)便利等諸多方面。與汽車不同 ,叉車的作業(yè)特點(diǎn)是直線行駛較少而轉(zhuǎn)向頻率較高。 叉車作為機(jī)動(dòng)工業(yè)車輛的典型機(jī)種 ,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊
