The main reason for these phenomena is related to the factors about the heat transfer condition and corrosion of different parts. Furnace corrosion is mainly to oxygen corrosion, corrosive ions corrosion, acid corrosion, corrosion of iron scale, wet and dry line corrosion, alkaline, the main reason for the corrosion oxygen. Metal furnace flue wall is most vulnerable to acid corrosion of carbon dioxide and oxygen to the polarization caused by oxygen corrosion. The safe use of heating and heat transfer efficiency of the heating furnace affects the security of stable natural gas production directly. However, many current furnace gases gathering station did not take any anticorrosion measures. And the gas gathering station furnace corrosion and the reduction of the heat transfer efficiency will cause a serious accident. Therefore, the research of corrosion about the heating furnace is a hot point and trend of the current domestic and international pressure vessel and pipeline .And it has made many achievements and progress in recent years. This paper is mainly a research about the reason for natural gas furnace corrosion and scaling analysis, corrosion mechanism and influencing factors, anticorrosion measures, furnace cleaning and corrosion and scale inhibition technology and so on.
