【正文】 問題。 關(guān)鍵詞： 科技型中小企業(yè) 融資困境 融資模式 河南理工大學(xué) 2020屆本科生畢業(yè)論文 II ABSTRACT Scientific and technological small and mediumsized enterprises is our country in recent years in the economic activities of the most striking, type of the most promising led the rapid development of economy in our country, to bee the new growth point of national economy in our country. Though such panies as science and technology and small and medium enterprise the advantage of the two qualities, But it also inevitably has the defects of the two. A lot of small and midsized enterprise because of the lack of continuous adequate cash flow, to realize the technology innovation in the process of the development of industrialization, marketization and facing bankruptcy. This paper introduces the definition of the Scientific and technological small and midsized enterprise,define the standard and characteristics through the parison on the basis of the traditional enterprises and small and midsized enterprise financing pattern, identified three major characteristics of small and midsized enterprise financing mode. And emphatically to cyclical and the government guidance these two features indepth study and exploration. Through the enterprise in different stages of the development life cycle every stage of the study and find out more suitable for the characteristics of financing model. Using the vivid the case analyze government policies for small and midsized enterprise growth, advocating enterprise attention and positive interaction ,then as soon as possible out of the haze of shortage of funds. Finally, from the external and internal two aspects put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the financing difficulties, To solve financing problem for small and midsized enterprises in our country make remendations.
