ly measured by the offloading pumps and other outward transport between 。完成了站內(nèi)的水力、熱力計算以及三相分離器、加熱爐 、穩(wěn)定塔 的選型和校核,并進行了罐區(qū)計算,選取了浮頂油罐;接下來繪制了聯(lián)合站平面布置圖,聯(lián)合站工藝流程圖;之后又進行了站內(nèi)管線的選取,以及外輸泵和脫水泵的選取。 站內(nèi)劃分為油罐區(qū),污水處理區(qū),工藝區(qū),配電區(qū),消防區(qū),輔助生產(chǎn)區(qū),設(shè)計時設(shè)計了有泵流程,同時 也考慮了停電流程,即事故流程。 站外來油經(jīng) 加熱爐 進行加熱,再經(jīng)過 三相分離器 首先進行油、氣、水的分離 ,之后經(jīng)過 穩(wěn)定塔 進行原油穩(wěn)定,最后 經(jīng)外輸泵和計量間等向外輸送。聯(lián)合站可建在梁彎東 1km處,史家山西南側(cè)的半山上。西安石油大學(xué) 本科 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文) 樊學(xué)油區(qū)樊丙聯(lián)合站設(shè)計 摘要 樊學(xué)油區(qū)聯(lián)合站擬建于地處定邊縣和吳旗縣境內(nèi)的定邊采油廠樊學(xué)油區(qū)。該地區(qū)屬陜北黃土塬區(qū),由溝、墚、茆地形組成,地面海拔 1400~1730m。該區(qū)域地勢平坦,交通方便。站內(nèi)氣體直接送往氣體處理廠 進行處理。 根據(jù)任務(wù)書所給該站的處理量和各種設(shè)計參數(shù),首先初步選擇了各工藝段設(shè)備,接著確定了總平面布置和聯(lián)合站的工藝流程。最后設(shè)計并畫了閥組間安裝圖。 Gas in the station is sent to the gas processing plant for processing.
