【正文】 常用的蒸餾方式,是 組成化工生產(chǎn)過程的主要單元操作。它的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是: ①結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于加工,造價(jià)為泡罩塔的 60%左右,為浮閥塔的 80%左右; ②在相同條件下,生產(chǎn)能力比泡罩塔大 20%~ 40%; ③塔板效率較高,比泡罩塔高 15%左右,但稍低于浮閥塔; ④氣體壓力降較小,每板壓力降比泡罩塔約低 30%左右。 篩板塔是最早應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備之一,五十年代之后通過大量的工業(yè)實(shí)踐逐步改進(jìn)了設(shè)計(jì)方法和結(jié)構(gòu)近年來與浮閥塔一起成為化工生中主要的傳質(zhì)設(shè)備為減少對(duì)傳質(zhì)的不利影響可將塔板的液體進(jìn)入?yún)^(qū)制成突起的斜臺(tái) 狀這樣可以降低進(jìn)口處的速度使塔板上氣流分布均勻。 在本設(shè)計(jì)中我們使用篩板塔,篩板塔的突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單造價(jià)低。精餾過程在能量劑的驅(qū)動(dòng)下(有時(shí)加質(zhì)量劑),使氣、液兩相多次直接接觸和分離 ,利用液相混合物中各組分揮發(fā)度的不同,使易揮發(fā)組分由液相向氣相轉(zhuǎn)移,難揮發(fā)組分由氣相向液相轉(zhuǎn)移,實(shí)現(xiàn)原料混合液中各組分的分離。生產(chǎn)中為滿足要求需將混合物分離成較純的物質(zhì)。 1 目錄 目錄
