如果你不是和房東同住，法律則要求房東在提供的雙方都簽字的材料里包含下列內(nèi)容：
1 租期開始的日期(when the tenancy began)
2 房租價格(what the rent is)
3 租期到期日期(when it it due)
4 房客的租期是否固定(whether your stay is for a fixed amount of time)
5 重新審查（制定）房租的日期（the date the rent is set for review)
