【正文】 動(dòng)控制技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，可編程序控制器將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術(shù)與新興的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)融為一體，具有可靠性高、功能強(qiáng)、應(yīng)用靈活、編程簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)，以及良好的工業(yè)環(huán)境工作性能和自動(dòng)控制目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)性能，在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。因此，在現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)過程中，要全面考慮設(shè)計(jì)所要達(dá)到的目的，最重要的還要將環(huán)境與所設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合起來，才能可能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的目的。認(rèn)識(shí)到若要達(dá)到所設(shè)計(jì)的目的，不僅要做到知識(shí)的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，還要綜合考慮所可能遇到的各種情況以及所處的環(huán)境。隨著變頻技術(shù)和 PLC 控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展，工廠中的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線也越來越多，由于一些行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝的要求或是由于生產(chǎn)車間和場(chǎng)地的特殊情況，要求一些生產(chǎn)線 需要配置相應(yīng)的物件提升裝置。這 些升降機(jī)械存在一些明顯的問題，如啟動(dòng)停止和運(yùn)行不平穩(wěn)，升降運(yùn)動(dòng)過程動(dòng)作不可靠，自動(dòng)化程度不高，故障率較高，設(shè)備能耗高，無法應(yīng)急運(yùn)行，存在安全隱患等等。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng) 變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 輸送帶 光電傳感器 編碼器 變頻器 Automatic Transport lifts Design on Automatic production line Abstract:The design is based on application of Siemens S7200 PLC and MM420 converter prising Siemens lift control and drive systems, can be pleted on the lift and operation of intelligent control and management may be based on the actual production line production needs and specific requirements of automatic adjustment takeoff and landing direction and speed the pace.
