Frequency 演習(xí)頻率 : Minimum Quarterly 至少每季度一次 ? Local Fire Authorities can be invited to act as advisers and/or observers 可邀請當(dāng)?shù)氐南啦块T作為指導(dǎo)員或觀察員參與演習(xí) ? Records to be analyzed and improvements incorporated for future tests 應(yīng)對相關(guān)記錄進(jìn)行分析并在以后的演習(xí)中落實改善措施 ? Records to be kept for 2 years 有關(guān)記錄須保存 2年 Fire Drills 消防演習(xí) 38 Type 3 Fire System Drill 第三類 – 疏散演習(xí) ? Practice 演練內(nèi)容 : 在 三級 火警信號啟動時的消防應(yīng)急響應(yīng)以及疏散程序。 ? Broadcast the evacuation announcement 廣播 “ 疏散”命令 。 ? ERT try to fight the fire or rescue people if situation is adequate 如果情況 容 許 ,應(yīng)急響應(yīng)小組 可 嘗試救火或救人 Code 2 Summary 二 級火警 總結(jié) 29 主要活動 三 級火警 三級 火警信 息 啟動 :由 火警 一 級或 二 級 提升 在必要時下達(dá)全體疏散指令 ,通知 CMT,FCC,保安部操作員及總機(jī)接 線 員 向 ERT及包括 CMT在內(nèi)的 所有員工發(fā) 出 三級 火警 信息 ,通知消防隊。 發(fā)送 二 級火警信號 予 所有員工 ,包括應(yīng)急響應(yīng)小組 ,危機(jī)管理小組和報告消防隊 。按照 SOP 回覆客人的詢問 消防 管理 員協(xié)助進(jìn) 行局部 疏散。 ? (Yes/No) If No: Reset the system back to normal within 4 min after Code 1 activated Prepare fire alarm log or fire incident report. If Yes: ERT attempt to put out the fire Manage to put up the fire?
