壓力出口邊界條件,濾袋采用多孔跳躍邊界條件,該邊界條件主要是用于模擬已知速度或者壓降特征的薄膜,它本質(zhì)上是單元區(qū)域的多孔介質(zhì)模型的簡(jiǎn)化。將模型設(shè)置成軸對(duì)稱圖形。袋式除塵器的設(shè)計(jì)煙氣量:400000m3/h;煙氣溫度:140~165℃,布袋袋式除塵器的過(guò)濾面積為6900m2,采用Φ1606500, 共2112條,;濾料材質(zhì)采用HBT2梯度濾料。假定流體作定常流動(dòng),流體的各項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)與時(shí)間無(wú)關(guān),整個(gè)模擬過(guò)程為等溫過(guò)程,流體是不可壓縮的。此工程自電除塵器改造為袋式除塵器后,經(jīng)過(guò)近3年使用,布袋出現(xiàn)破損,破損位置在進(jìn)風(fēng)口的前3排的整條布袋,每條布袋袋口下200~500mm之間部位,每一行的最后一條或兩條布袋,本文主要采用CFD數(shù)值模擬方法分析布袋破損原因。 Shanghai2 The research institute of electric power environmental protection, Nanjing)Abstract: With the putational fluid dynamics software CFD, the air distribution of flow field of bagfilter were simulated,the plot of filter velocity distribution in different position of the bagfilter and different height on a bag were got.
