【正文】 2004 年 1 月至 2005 年 5 月的病歷。１ 研究資料與方法 從廣東省中醫(yī)院于 2004 年 1 月至 2005 年 5 月已收入院的子宮肌瘤患者共 600 例次中，隨機(jī)抽 樣出其中的 50 份病歷，作為研究對象樣本。 病歷信息進(jìn)行分析研究除了一般性的病歷研究以外，還有在重大疾病研究、名老中醫(yī)臨證經(jīng)驗整理 與承傳工作方面，都可以利用信息技術(shù)挖掘和發(fā)現(xiàn)有益的臨床診療信息或診療規(guī)律 [8]。在醫(yī)學(xué)臨床分析需要引入多種相關(guān)規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。病歷的分析需要采用 人工方法進(jìn)行標(biāo)引標(biāo)注提取信息，這種病歷回顧性分析手段難以滿足多中心大樣本的病歷分析。為以研制而成系統(tǒng)軟件，有助于科學(xué)地整理和統(tǒng)計病歷中診療語言及發(fā)現(xiàn)診療規(guī)律?！痉椒ā繌膹V東省中醫(yī)院收治的子宮肌瘤患者共 600 例次的病歷中抽樣出 50 份，將其中診療術(shù)語的出現(xiàn)頻率（簡稱詞頻）進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計處理．【結(jié)果】 發(fā)現(xiàn)病歷中存在一定程序的共性診療用語，中醫(yī)專病?？谱≡翰v中存在一定程度共性的診療用語 言和治療手段，并以此建立了相關(guān)專病的理性詞庫和非理性詞庫，研制出簡便有效的軟件系統(tǒng)。 clinical terms。 3. Method: 50 patient records were randomized selected from 600 timescases of those patient were diagnosed and treated as hysteromyoma in Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The wordfrequency of the clinical terms written in the case report was counted. Result: There exists in a certain extent similarity among the terms of diagnostics and medical management for the specific disease of hysteromyoma. The dictionaries about both the rational terms and the irrational terms for the disease were piled and a set of effectively and easily used software was developed. Conclusion: Regulation may be discovered after the statistics being taken with puter and intelligent technique for the wordfrequency of the clinical terms in the patient record.
