China Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100700)Target: Terms from Original data of the patient record collected during regular clinical practice for the specific disease or the specific departmentdisease were Sorted out by puter with intelligent technique so as to discover regulation of diagnostics and treatment as well as to set up a useable technical platform. Method: 50 patient records were randomized selected from 600 timescases of those patient were diagnosed and treated as hysteromyoma in Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The wordfrequency of the clinical terms written in the case report was counted. Result: There exists in a certain extent similarity among the terms of diagnostics and medical management for the specific disease of hysteromyoma. The dictionaries about both the rational terms and the irrational terms for the disease were piled and a set of effectively and easily used software was developed. Conclusion: Regulation may be discovered after the statistics being taken with puter and intelligent technique for the wordfrequency of the clinical terms in the patient record.
