【正文】 ble as Force Majeure in general international mercial practice. 不可抗力事件是指不可預(yù)見、不能避免并不能克服的客觀事件，包括自然災(zāi)害、火災(zāi)、水災(zāi)、臺(tái)風(fēng)、海上風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和意外及其它惡劣的天氣狀況、戰(zhàn)爭、動(dòng)亂、暴亂、罷工、政府部門及其授權(quán)部門的任何法律、命令、文告、法規(guī)、法令和要求及其它不能控制的客觀事件； The Party claiming Force Majeure shall promptly inform the other Party in writing and shall furnish sufficient proof of the occurrence and duration of such Force Majeure. 任何一方在發(fā)生不可抗力事件后應(yīng)及時(shí)書面通知對(duì)方該事件的開始日期和預(yù)期結(jié)束事件； A Party cannot claim any pensation and/or damages based on delay or nonfulfillment of obligations by the other Party due to Force Majeure. 由于不可抗力事件，一方遲延或未完全履行合同義務(wù)，另一方不能要求任何補(bǔ)償或賠償； Section 10. Confidentiality第十條：保密條款 The Parties should: (a) maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information。如果甲方違反其承諾，乙方在書面通知甲方后，有權(quán)立刻終止本協(xié)議，并要求甲方賠償由此導(dǎo)致的損失； Party A further warrants that it will not dismantle or dissect the Products or counterfeit the products. In case of violation by Party A of its warranty, Party B shall have the right to terminate this agreement immediately by giving written notice to Party A.
