【正文】 ，今后二三年將有一批彩色鋼板生產(chǎn)線建成，熱軋Ｈ型鋼也將增加一條生 產(chǎn)線，大型冷彎機(jī)組也即將上馬。 1998 年投產(chǎn)的軋制Ｈ型鋼系列給鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展趨勢表明，我國發(fā)展鋼結(jié)構(gòu)存在著巨大的市場潛力和發(fā)展前景。由于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系易于實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制作，且與之相配套的墻體材料可以采用節(jié)能、環(huán)保的新型材料。隨著住宅業(yè)成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的增長點(diǎn)，輕鋼住宅將是住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。 從鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工 程業(yè)績來看：世界第三高度 421 米的上海金茂大廈，具有國際領(lǐng)先水平、高度 279 米的深圳賽格大廈，跨度 1490 米的潤揚(yáng)長江大橋，跨度 550 米的上海盧浦大橋， 345 米高的跨長江輸電鐵塔，以及首都國際機(jī)場，鳥巢國家體育中心等等許多采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑體系的重要工程，標(biāo)志著建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)正向高層重型和空間大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展。目前一批外資、合資、民營的鋼機(jī)構(gòu)制造企業(yè)已在激烈的市場競爭中脫穎而出。 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造企業(yè)在全國遍地開花，造就了一批有實(shí)力的龍頭企業(yè)。目前，國內(nèi)許多鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件相繼問世，可分別適應(yīng)輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)、高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、薄壁拱形結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)需要。 從設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、施工專業(yè)化水平看：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展，專業(yè)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)人員的素質(zhì)在實(shí)踐中得到不斷提高。其他鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中型鋼、及涂鍍層鋼板都有明顯增長，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有較大提高。為適應(yīng)建筑市場的需要，成品鋼材將朝著品種齊全材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方向發(fā)展。 十年來的改革開放和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，已經(jīng)為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系的應(yīng)用創(chuàng)造了極為有利的發(fā)展環(huán)境。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品在大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)、輕鋼門式結(jié)構(gòu)、多層及小高層住宅領(lǐng)域的建筑日 益增多，應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大。 XXXX 大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract The design for the light steel structure plant, the use of light portal frame system, the construction of light steel structure light weight, high strength, largespan, steel structure construction period short, lower investment costs, economic benefits.
