【正文】 order, Party B shall arrange to open a confirmed, irrevocable L/C available by draft at sight in favour of Party A within the time stipulated in the relevant S/C. Party B shall also notify Party A immediately after L/C is opened so that Party A can get prepared for delivery.
6. 傭金
Commission
在本協(xié)議期滿時，若乙方完成了第二款所規(guī)定的數(shù)額，甲方應按裝運貨物所收到的發(fā)票累計總金額付給乙方*%的傭金。
