I feel I’m petent to be aI have been working with XX since , at the beginning I was working as a technician and then promoted To team leader the next I was promoted to assistant supervisor, I thought that it’s a recognition and encouragement to my job for the meantime I was working hard and provided good ideas to reduce the build time and enhance the reliability of products, solved a lot of intractable issues at especially the earlier production of XX in my routine I have been providing great amount of supports on site and via phone to FE’s and customers, this helped me to understand practise the course of service, on the other hand,I showed my professional skill in customer service,good attitude and munication think they were the basic requirements what a service person should have good experience in troubleshooting, especially in the electric ’m familiar with AA in building and troubleshooting, having basic knowledge and operating experience in platform I’m now not good at BB service,but I think it could be mastered without to
