【正文】 現(xiàn)在，凡是一個(gè)組織的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在他手下工作人員之外請一些人來給他出主意，做顧問，都可以稱為brain trust。1932年，羅斯福競選總統(tǒng)時(shí)，曾請了三位哥倫比亞大學(xué)的教授為他撰寫演講稿，大學(xué)教授的智慧結(jié)晶果然使羅斯福旗開得勝，當(dāng)選為美國第32屆總統(tǒng)。在上面的報(bào)道中，brain trust就是我們常說的“智囊團(tuán)”，有時(shí)也被稱為think his.（她的名字與他的連在一起）。Coupling在這里做名詞，意思就是“聯(lián)結(jié)、耦合”，例如coupling
