The use of mechanical devices and mechanical design automation technology will link cupola exhaust heat sealing and guidance , so that the secondary use of waste heat from the flue gas , ( such as heat treatment casting mold preheat and drying ) , flue gas after two dust ( ? dry wet dust removal ) to meet emission standards ( temperature greater th an 400 ℃ blast dust emission standard value 150mg/Nm3) and then into the atmosphere , so that the energy saving effect doubling cupola . Through the cupola of mechanical modifications pared with the past, the traditional cupola making energysaving equipment. Formed by the movement of the hopper and ropes , pulleys and other institutions charging port linkage automatically close the door seal when the door is opened the seal feeding , feed utilization rising movement of the car , automatically opens the valve inlet pipe branch , the wind through the pipeline so forming a sealed door open when charging port air curtain to prevent spillover smoke and heat when charging port door open , so that is still a sealing effect when feeding mouth open . Original cupola waste heat from the flue gas chimney installation pipeline will introduce heat treatment chamber ( such as heat treatment or mold drying kiln ) , waste heat is utilized and then again after the dust discharge standards , the gas enters the chimney into the atmosphere.
