Such as, digital supervising system of Agriculture facility environment based on GPRS, remote field data acquisition system and researches on all kinds of WSN used on remote supervising of Agriculture, and also have some mature technologies and product. The advantages of all these Wireless Communication Technologies are high transmission speed, large amount of information, operation reliable and long distance transmission. But their mon shorting is high munication expense, so difficult to extended and used on sensing and controlling of Agriculture facilities. ZigBee is one of main technology of wireless sensor network, it is a rising wireless network technology which is of short space, low plicacy, low power consumption, low data rate and low cost. So an intelligent controller developed based on ZigBee was introduced in the paper. Wireless data collecting nodes based on ZigBee collect, preprocess and transfer data (soil temperature, leave temperature, light content, growth speed of plant, and water content of soil) to wireless intelligent controller through wireless network. Intelligence voice module provides realtime production direction like ventilation, bringing down temperature, humidification, Supplying Lighting to improve environment of greenhouse according to data information collected from all wirelessnodes.2. Materials and Methods. Hardware DesignThrough analyzing and paring existing distributed greenhouse control system, realtime data collecting and controlling hardware were used to acplish effective control of environmental factors of Greenhouse (soil temperature, leave temperature, light content, growth speed of plant, and water content of soil). The system can collect, process, display data of greenhouse independently and also has function of voice ftmction (shows in Fig. 1).Hardware design mainly contains the design of coordinator and endpoint of ZigBee wireless network. The function of endpoint is collecting and transferring data through wireless network. Coordinator takes charge of management of the whole network, voice alert, receiving, assembling and processing data.. Central Control BlockJN5139 is central control block. It is a low power, low cost wireless microcontroller suitable for , Jennet and ZigBee applications. The device integrates a 32bit RISC processor, with a fully pliant GHz transceiver, 192 kB of ROM, 96 kB of RAM, and a rich mixture of analogue and digital peripherals. The cost sensitive ROM/RAM architecture supports the storage of system software, including protocol stacks,routing tables and application code/data. An external flash memory is used to store application code that is boot loaded into internal RAM and executed at runtime. The wireless sensor network using JN5139 as central control block can be low cost, low power in batterypowered. ZigBee nodes can be divided into two kinds, coordinator andendpoint.. Sensor ModuleIn order to collect environment factors of greenhouse, soil temperature sensor, leave temperature sensor, soil water content sensor, light intensity sensor and culm length sensor were used in the system. All data of sensors were transformed to standard voltage signals and then processing and transferring by ZigBee controller. TWX displacement transducer bined with mechanicalstructure design was used on culm length sensor. Contact measurement method is used on TWX displacement transducer, high precision soft magnetic alloys linear displacement is sensing device. Its resolution is 1m, precision is %. The sensor is fit to measure the growth of plant culm. It has stable output and can avoid drift caused by vibrations. The work principle of culm length sensor shows in Figure 2. Voice ModuleTo meet the need of convenient application, a voice module is used in the system, it can remind user to control system timely, when indexes of greenhouse are in unmoral range. PM60 intelligent voice chip is made up of microcontroller and Flash RAM memory, it shows in Figure 3. It has parallel mode, has 8 segments of Voice Record/Playback in this mode. K1~K8 can trigger correspond voice segment, they are set in flowing edge or low level when programming. K1~K8 have pullup resistors inside and defensive over flowing design.3.
