附件由雙方簽字確認(rèn),與本合同具有同等效力。任何修改須以書(shū)面形式并由雙方簽字同意。兩種文本具有同等法律效力。 1. The Contract shall bee effective upon signing and sealing of the Parties. 2.本合同正本一式二份,甲、乙方各執(zhí)一份。 In case of any force majeure or emergency such as natural disasters and key epidemic situations, liabilities may, upon verification, be exempted wholly or partly。 (二)提交仲裁委員會(huì)仲裁。 Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Contract shall be settled by the Parties through consultation, or may be submitted to relevant department for mediation。 2. In case Party B fails to pay the rental and other expenses as stipulated, it shall pay Party A the liquidated damages as per % of the amount not duly paid for each day overdue. 3. 補(bǔ)充:如乙方擅自中止或解除合同,甲方已經(jīng)收取的費(fèi)用不需向乙方退還,甲方有權(quán)追收乙方尚未支付的費(fèi)用。第九條 違約責(zé)任 Article 9 Default Liabilities 1.甲方未按約定提供場(chǎng)地或用水、用電等市場(chǎng)內(nèi)的經(jīng)營(yíng)設(shè)施或條件致使乙方不能正常經(jīng)營(yíng) 的,應(yīng)減收相應(yīng)租金,乙方有權(quán)要求甲方繼續(xù)履行合同或解除合同,并要求甲方賠償相應(yīng)的損失。 otherwise Party B shall undertake the legal liabilities incurred hereby. 8. 乙方會(huì)展活動(dòng)及展示物品應(yīng)在國(guó)家法律法規(guī)規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行,如會(huì)展中有違法活動(dòng)或者乙方展覽之物品可能侵犯第三人的權(quán)益(包括但不限于人身權(quán)、財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)等),甲方有權(quán)立即終止本協(xié)議,造成甲方損失的,甲方有權(quán)追究乙方的責(zé)任。 otherwise Party A shall be entitled to handle such exhibits and articles at Party B’s cost. 7.乙方如為宣傳會(huì)展活動(dòng)而需使用甲方名稱(chēng)、商標(biāo)和標(biāo)識(shí),應(yīng)事先取得甲方書(shū)面同意,否則乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的法律責(zé)任。 5. Party B shall pledge that it or its customers will not have any unfair petition acts such as attack, damage or interference against Party A or other exhibitions at Party A’s place. 6.乙方負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)自己財(cái)產(chǎn)進(jìn)行妥善保管,并保證其展品或其他物品,將不占用或堆放在非租賃區(qū)域(包括室外場(chǎng)地);否則甲方有權(quán)予以處理,所需費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。3. Party B shall have the liability to maintain the lease area and public area in a clean status. Upon expiration of the term of lease, Party B shall remove all its or the participating exhibitors’ articles for exhibition (booth, display, derelicts and garbage) out of the lease area. Any article that has not been removed out in time shall be treated as derelicts. Party B may also entrust Party A to treat the above articles at Party B’s cost. 4.乙方應(yīng)合理使用場(chǎng)內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)設(shè)施,如需安裝設(shè)備、擺放展品、設(shè)置宣傳廣告等,應(yīng)先征得甲方同意,造成損壞的應(yīng)承擔(dān)修復(fù)或賠償責(zé)任。有關(guān)物品未能按時(shí)移出的,甲方將視為遺棄物進(jìn)行處理。 2. Party B shall pay the rental to Party A in time as stipulated herein. 3. 乙方有責(zé)任維護(hù)租賃區(qū)域和公共區(qū)域的整潔。 4.
