【正文】 拼一個(gè)春夏秋冬！贏一個(gè)無(wú)悔人生！早安！—————獻(xiàn)給所有努力的人.。不奮斗就是每天都很容易，可一年一年越來(lái)越難。是狼就要練好牙，是羊就要練好腿。11Annex附件The Contractor HSE Handbookof xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. is a 9 mandatory document for Party B to implement.xxxxxxxxxxxx有限公司《承包商環(huán)境健康安全手冊(cè)》為乙方必須執(zhí)行之文件。 In case of accidents caused by cross operations of the parties or other reasons, the party held responsible shall bear the liabilitiesfor accidents and consequent economic losses.由于甲、乙雙方交叉作業(yè)或其他原因發(fā)生事故，由事故責(zé)任方承擔(dān)事故責(zé)任及其經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。乙方人員在退場(chǎng)時(shí)應(yīng)將甲方報(bào)發(fā)放的相關(guān)資料、證件交回。 Party A will request Party B to provide relevant qualification certificates or documents of special operators/special equipment/dangerous 8 operations/hazardous chemicals and archive the same as required by the government.甲方將按政府的規(guī)定要求乙方提供特種作業(yè)人員/特種設(shè)備/危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)/危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的相關(guān)資質(zhì)證件或資料并存檔。 Party A is entitled to request the personnel of Party B to wear proper PPEwhen working in the factoryof Party A.甲方有權(quán)要求乙方人員在甲方廠內(nèi)工作時(shí)配帶合適的安全防護(hù)用品。7 Rights of Party A甲方的權(quán)利 Party A has the right to supervise and inspect the work process of Party B in the factoryof Party A, and it may demand rectification and impose punishment against the behaviors that fail to ply with HSE rules。 Party B shall take the initiative to organize relevant persons to investigate, analyze and handlevarious accidentsit encounters, and Party A shall participate in the investigation of accidents if necessary or in the case of major casualty accidents. Party B shall report any accident it encounters to the project leader and the person responsible for HSE of Party A immediately after occurrence.乙方應(yīng)自行組織相關(guān)人員對(duì)乙方發(fā)生的各類事故進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析和處理，必要時(shí)或發(fā)生重大傷亡事故時(shí)甲方應(yīng)參加事故調(diào)查。如由于乙方的原因未及時(shí)清理，甲方有權(quán)進(jìn)行清理或委托其它公司清理，并且所產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。 Upon pletion of daily works in the factoryof PartyA, Party B shall clean the waste, paper scrapesandother residual materials left on site and sort construction equipment and tools. Onceworksare pleted, all of garbage, waste, piled substances and temporary facilities must be removed. In case of failure to do timely cleaning due to reasons of Party B, Party A is entitled to clean them by itself or entrust it to other paniesbut the expenses thereof shall be borne by Party B.在甲方廠內(nèi)工作期間，乙方每天應(yīng)作業(yè)完畢后打掃所產(chǎn)生的廢物、紙屑等多余的物料，整理施工設(shè)備和工具。由危害公共安全的行為所導(dǎo)致的一切直接和間接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失由乙方承擔(dān)。一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，甲方有權(quán)要求乙方進(jìn)行整改。若乙方違反本協(xié)議規(guī)定，對(duì)每次被雙方書面認(rèn)定的違約行為，甲方有權(quán)向乙方收取1000元/次的違約金，違約金累計(jì)總額不應(yīng)超過(guò)雙方采購(gòu)協(xié)議總金額的10%。 Party B shall report any accident it encounters to Party A timely and handle the investigationand treatment of the accidents, and submit the investigation report to Party A.乙方發(fā)生各類事故，應(yīng)及時(shí)向甲方報(bào)告，并完成對(duì)事故的調(diào)查、處理，將事故調(diào)查報(bào)告提供給甲方。 The responsible person of Party B shall attend the meetings relating to HSE issues convened by Party A and report the HSE management performance and HSE work plan of Party B, and shall implement what is required in the meeting.乙方負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)參加甲方召集的有關(guān)環(huán)境健康安全事項(xiàng)的會(huì)議，并匯報(bào)環(huán)境健康安全管理情況及環(huán)境健康安全工作安排，落實(shí)會(huì)議要求。 Party B shall take the initiative to organize regular HSE inspections (transportation/supply contractorshall conduct periodic relevant inspections on its vehicles that are used to deliver goods to Party A) and rectify the identified problems in a timely manner.乙方應(yīng)定期自行組織環(huán)境健康安全檢查（運(yùn)輸/供應(yīng)承包商應(yīng)定期對(duì)其所屬的為甲方6 送貨的車輛進(jìn)行相關(guān)檢查），對(duì)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及時(shí)組織整改。 Party B shallnot make connections for temporary water and power supply without permit in the factory of Party A。 smoking is only permitted in designated areas and specified periods, and do not forget to snuff outthe cigarette residueto prevent fire.
