The Design and Implementation of Residential Property Management System Tong liming (Department of Information Engineering, Weinan Normal University) JAVA technology has developed rapidly in recent years. It makes the WEB technology no longer limit to simply providing information services, and is gradually being an operation platform, to provide users with a powerful service function. Therefore, the residential property management website is created based on B/S architecture to realize the information work, and with it, people can keep pace with industry development, and meet their living and learning needs. After a prehensive analysis, the whole system adopts B/S structure, using JAVA technology as the development language, the JSP as page displays, TOMCAT as server side release system, MYSQL as backend database for data storage, the JDK installed on Windows 7 OS as running and debugging environment.. This system is available for the user logging on to search and release information. The administrator of the system has specific permissions: undertaking a variety of maintenance of owners’ and property information, solving the traditional workflow multifarious, collecting the property cost, and solving other plicated issues. Thus it greatly improved the level of residential property management. The powerful puter function bined with modern thinking of management, establishing modern intelligent residential district is the direction of property management. Key words: Property Management； B/S； JSP； MYSQL 。 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中能夠靈活運(yùn)用 JSP 的對(duì)象技術(shù)，并且使用有效的 SQL 語(yǔ)言操作后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。 設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)出了所使用的編程技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，本次使用了 Struts 框架，使編程變得簡(jiǎn)單 。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)遵循軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的全過(guò)程，使我對(duì)軟件系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā) 過(guò)程有了更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。 經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試得出本系統(tǒng)已基本符合用戶需求。 7 總結(jié) 經(jīng)過(guò)二個(gè)多月的調(diào)查、學(xué)習(xí)、研究和設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)的制作接近了尾聲， 在這里我將系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)做如下總結(jié)。這些問(wèn)題都是在同學(xué)的測(cè)試過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的，現(xiàn)在基本上都解決了。 通過(guò)測(cè)試，發(fā)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)中有好多問(wèn)題。一般分為 兩個(gè)階段：第一階段是單元測(cè)試， 第二階段是綜合測(cè)試 。 6 軟件測(cè)試 軟件測(cè)試是在軟件投入運(yùn)行前 ,對(duì)軟件需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)格說(shuō)明書(shū)和編碼的最終的復(fù)審，是軟件質(zhì)量保證的關(guān)鍵步驟。 } 15 這就是其中一個(gè) action 方法的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 //(custom_user, null)。 String user = ()。 HttpSession sess = ()。amp。 public String checkLogin() { Admin_account_serviceImpl admin_account_service= new Admin_account_serviceImpl()。在這個(gè)編程中加入了拋異常的語(yǔ)句， 目的是為了讓代碼更加健壯、安全。主要就是通過(guò)調(diào)用 層的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)操作函數(shù)進(jìn)行查詢操作。 }
