Unbonded prestressed concrete The stranded steel wire and the steel wire used for the unbonded prestressed concrete shall conform to the regulations on the GB5224 “Stranded Steel Wire for Prestressed Concrete” and the GB5223 “Steel Wire for Prestressed Concrete”. Use the iron wire to colligate the screw reinforcement on the unbonded reinforcement. 10) The unbonded reinforcement shall be colligated with iron wire and laid in level. The tolerance deviation in vertical shall be 5 mm. The tolerance deviation in horizon shall be 30 mm. The construction of unbonded reinforcement shall conform to the following requirements. 1) The buffer plate shall be provided at the feeding place so as to protect the unbonded reinforcement from flushing of great amount of concrete. 2) It is forbidden that the vibrator impacts the unbonded reinforcement, screw reinforcement, anchor slab and bearing plate during vibrating. 3) The concrete shall be grouted at one time, without construction joints. The concrete strength shall be no less than 75% of the design standards during tension of unbonded reinforcement. The tension of unbonded reinforcement shall conform to the following requirements. 1) The stress shall be mainly controlled and checked with strain for pretensioning. 2) The method of supertension shall be adopted to reduce the impact of unbonded reinforcement, from the zero stress tension to the times of controlled stress. The maximum tension stress shall not exceed the 75% of the tensile stress stated. 3) Before construction, the appliance and instrument such as oil pump, hydraulic jack and tool anchor shall be checked, and the gauge pressure for the oil pump shall be set. — 19 — 4) Before the wedge anchorage is used, the static test for its assembly shall be conducted according to the relevant regulations. The efficiency of anchorage and the anchoring capacity shall be tested and the anchorage shall be greased to avoid rust and erosion. 5) Before tension, the mortar at the end of bearing plate shall be cleared and the plastic sleeve of exposed unbonded reinforcement shall be removed. 6) Before tension, record the exposed length of unbonded reinforcement in their numbers.
