IMPROVE THE CURRENT CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE POOL According to the current code in our country, fire pool should be established when municipal water supply pipelines, water supply pipes or natural water cannot meet fire demand。s living standard and improved building functions, building hot water system gradually bee a indispensable part of building water supply system. According to the survey, most central hot water supply system exist serious wasteful phenomenon, which is mainly embodied in we can not obtain satisfactory hot water in time after opening hot water apparatus, but let out some cold water to normal use. The present Code for Design of Building of Water Supply and Drainage puts forward three methods of hot water circulation, which include branch pipe circulation, stand pipe circulation and main pipe circulation. Loop free hot water system can be used in miniature hot water supply systems, such as bath centre in factory which provide timelimit hot water supply. Take the case of a 12storey apartment in Beijing, when adopted branch pipe circulation, stand pipe circulation and main pipe circulation method, the volume of ineffectual cold water in theory,volume of water saving,and the estimate cost of corresponding backwater systems engineering are correspondingly calculated. Based on the amount of watersaving and the view of satisfaction, the order from good to bad is branch pipe circulation, stand pipe circulation and main pipe circulation and loop free system. Based on the capital payoff time, branch pipe circulation is about 30 years, stand pipe circulation is about years, and main pipe circulation is about years [3]. Therefore, considering the watersaving effect and the engineering cost, main pipe circulation method and loop free system should better not be use in the new buildings’ centralized hot water supply system. According to Architectural Nature, architectural standards, regional economic conditions and the specific situation, branch pipe circulation or stand pipe circulation can be used to reduce even eliminate the waste of ineffectual cold water. IV. ADOPT WATERSAVING WATERDISPENSING FIXTURES AND SANITARY WARE A. Adopt watersaving waterdispensing fixtures. When hydraulic pressure is the same, the amount of saving water of Ceramic core watersaving taps and inflating taps, etc. is between 20% ~ 30%. The ceramic core watersaving tap not only has good sealing performance, there is nodrip after switch on and off tens of thousands of times, but also has significant watersaving effect. Especially when static pressure is higher and the water yield of ordinary tap is larger, the volume of saving water of watersaving taps is larger.
