【正文】 給我一個機會，還你一份精彩，這是我想對聘任小組和老師們表達(dá)的心聲。盡管歲月不饒人，盡管白發(fā)染雙鬢，因為熱愛，所以責(zé)任在身；因為熱愛所以樂觀自信。只要我們多與他們進(jìn)行心靈溝通、情感交流、換位而思，一定會贏得家長的理解和支持，我們的家長工作將會更順利展開，班報將會更加豐富多彩。讓家長真正參與到我們的教學(xué)中來?！毒V要》精神要求我們在教學(xué)中必須做到師生互動、生生互動、家園互動。我們時常與家長交流，但真正將家長資源充分利用卻還不夠。在一定的階段進(jìn)行成果匯報，古詩表演、古詩朗誦比賽、對詩等系列活動，當(dāng)這些孩子走進(jìn)小學(xué)的時候，都能出口成章，充滿自信。孩子們從小接觸經(jīng)典的古詩文，能開發(fā)記憶力，打好語言文功底，獲得良好的熏陶和修養(yǎng)，能對孩子的一生產(chǎn)生積極的影響。
　　一． 繼續(xù)開展古詩誦讀活動
　　一個人如果他從來沒有讀過唐詩、宋詞，他就沒有資格說自己是一個真正的中國人。本學(xué)期，我園嘗試開設(shè)小型班，這對我們老師是一個新的考驗，也是一次新的機遇，對于大班的老師更是一次新的挑戰(zhàn)。
　　新的世紀(jì)需要新的教育理念，新的世紀(jì)需要新的課程模式。而下學(xué)期是這些孩子在幼兒園里最關(guān)鍵的一年，如何使他們永遠(yuǎn)記住在幼兒園里的快樂時光，如何讓他們充滿自信地走進(jìn)小學(xué)的課堂。因為我擔(dān)任的這個班級有二年時間了，在這二年里，我班的朗朗古詩聲傳遍了幼兒園內(nèi)外，走進(jìn)了電視；在這二年里我班的“家園直通車”開進(jìn)了每個家庭，走進(jìn)了每位家長的心理；在這二年里，我班的孩子活潑自信，和諧發(fā)展。周星弛有一段經(jīng)典的臺詞：“曾經(jīng)有一份愛情擺在我的面前我沒有珍惜，如果上天再給我一次機會的話……”oh,no,sorry!我想對你說的是縱然你腰緾萬貫、才高八斗老天也不一定會再給你機會，因為老天爺是公平的!朋友們：抓住機會，舍棄累贅。機會往往會卷顧那些有準(zhǔn)備的人，從現(xiàn)在開始做一個有準(zhǔn)備的人。是機會不是累贅，是累贅讓人頹廢。咱們試想：如果給姚明一個機會讓練110米跨欄情況會怎樣?結(jié)果是不言而喻，簡直是笑話，那不是強人所難么?機會通常是指在人的能力范圍內(nèi)，為了達(dá)到某個理論上可以實現(xiàn)的目的而努力奮斗的行為。像我今天這樣小小演講的機會，如果能撼動你、喚醒你對機會的重視，我演講的目的也就達(dá)到了。
　　或許你會覺得那樣的機會離你太遙遠(yuǎn)，不切實際，那我就來說說離你近點的吧。也成就了淘寶在網(wǎng)上購物的壟斷地位。當(dāng)美國老板來到北京以后，馬去可是十足的過了一把導(dǎo)游的隱，詮釋了什么叫做“尺地主之誼”。一開始馬云和美國老板恰談的合作并不順利，直到有一天，馬云收到小道消息，說是美國老板要來北京玩。不得不恭喜他選擇了珍惜自己所擁有的音樂天賦，所以才成就了他億萬身份，家喻戶曉的知名度，在娛樂圈里首屈一指，成為名副其實的影視泰斗。但是后來他發(fā)現(xiàn)自己玩籃球沒戲?！蔽曳浅Ｙ澩@個說法。
　　機會可貴，值得珍惜。如果砸得有聲無物，很遺憾，感謝參與。中央二套的《非常6+1》大家喜歡看嗎?里面就有一個砸金蛋的環(huán)節(jié)。
　　俗話說：“機不再失，失不再來。騎白馬的一不定是白馬王子，可以能是唐僧。機會如動蕩的股市，瞬息萬變。

　　生命成可貴，愛情價更高，若為機會故，兩者皆可拋。amp。e dance with me. e, dance with me. e, dance with me.amp。ts, but the god who only knows four words and keeps repeating them, saying, amp。every child has known god, not the god of names, not the god of donamp。: amp。the god who only knows four wordsamp。d like to leave you with a poem by a fourteenthcentury persian poet named hafiz that my friend, jacques dembois told me about, and the poem is called amp。t see beauty, it no longer has our natural, childlike curiosity and our innate ability to imagine. if instead, we can bolster a human spirit to keep hope, to see beauty in themselves and others, to be curious and imaginative, then we are truly using our power well. when a spirit has those qualities, we are able to create new realities and new ways of being.

　　so, i think that the only true disability is a crushed spirit, a spirit thatamp。 and thatamp。amp。dstudents.amp。 these are the amp。astudents,amp。these are the amp。t know a switch had been made. they were simply told, amp。s what happened at the end of that threemonth period. those who were still around in school, besides the people who had dropped out. a crucial part of this case study was that the teachers were duped too. the teachers didnamp。 and thatamp。s.amp。damp。 and told them they were amp。a studentsamp。 told them they were bright, and at the end of this threemonth period, they were performing at alevel.
　　and, of course, the heartbreaking, flip side of this study, is that they took the amp。s,amp。aamp。s, told them they were amp。 get the tougher curriculum, the best teachers, etc. well, they took, over a threemonth period, dlevel students, gave them aamp。a studentsamp。s separating students from a, b, c, d and so on. and the amp。 here in the states. itamp。trackingamp。s called the streaming trials. we call it amp。 so again, which potential do we want to bring out?
　　there was a case study done in 1960s britain, when they were moving from grammar schools to prehensive schools. itamp。to bring forth what is within, to bring out potential.amp。 it means amp。educe.amp。 es from the root word amp。educateamp。re teaching them to open doors for themselves. in fact, the exact meaning of the word amp。re off. if you can hand somebody the key to their own power the human spirit is so receptive if you can do that and open a door for someone at a crucial moment, you are educating them in the best sense. youamp。ve been exposed to more people who have opened doors for me than those who have put lids and cast shadows on me.
　　see, all you really need is one person to show you the epiphany of your own power, and youamp。ve had with them. and perhaps this shift in me has happened because iamp。ve had with them, not in spite of the experiences iamp。s because of the experiences iamp。m not so sure. and itamp。t have hesitated for a second. i aspired to that kind
