給我一個機會,還你一份精彩,這是我想對聘任小組和老師們表達(dá)的心聲。盡管歲月不饒人,盡管白發(fā)染雙鬢,因為熱愛,所以責(zé)任在身;因為熱愛所以樂觀自信。只要我們多與他們進(jìn)行心靈溝通、情感交流、換位而思,一定會贏得家長的理解和支持,我們的家長工作將會更順利展開,班報將會更加豐富多彩。讓家長真正參與到我們的教學(xué)中來?!毒V要》精神要求我們在教學(xué)中必須做到師生互動、生生互動、家園互動。我們時常與家長交流,但真正將家長資源充分利用卻還不夠。在一定的階段進(jìn)行成果匯報,古詩表演、古詩朗誦比賽、對詩等系列活動,當(dāng)這些孩子走進(jìn)小學(xué)的時候,都能出口成章,充滿自信。孩子們從小接觸經(jīng)典的古詩文,能開發(fā)記憶力,打好語言文功底,獲得良好的熏陶和修養(yǎng),能對孩子的一生產(chǎn)生積極的影響。 一. 繼續(xù)開展古詩誦讀活動 一個人如果他從來沒有讀過唐詩、宋詞,他就沒有資格說自己是一個真正的中國人。本學(xué)期,我園嘗試開設(shè)小型班,這對我們老師是一個新的考驗,也是一次新的機遇,對于大班的老師更是一次新的挑戰(zhàn)。 新的世紀(jì)需要新的教育理念,新的世紀(jì)需要新的課程模式。而下學(xué)期是這些孩子在幼兒園里最關(guān)鍵的一年,如何使他們永遠(yuǎn)記住在幼兒園里的快樂時光,如何讓他們充滿自信地走進(jìn)小學(xué)的課堂。因為我擔(dān)任的這個班級有二年時間了,在這二年里,我班的朗朗古詩聲傳遍了幼兒園內(nèi)外,走進(jìn)了電視;在這二年里我班的“家園直通車”開進(jìn)了每個家庭,走進(jìn)了每位家長的心理;在這二年里,我班的孩子活潑自信,和諧發(fā)展。周星弛有一段經(jīng)典的臺詞:“曾經(jīng)有一份愛情擺在我的面前我沒有珍惜,如果上天再給我一次機會的話……”oh,no,sorry!我想對你說的是縱然你腰緾萬貫、才高八斗老天也不一定會再給你機會,因為老天爺是公平的!朋友們:抓住機會,舍棄累贅。機會往往會卷顧那些有準(zhǔn)備的人,從現(xiàn)在開始做一個有準(zhǔn)備的人。是機會不是累贅,是累贅讓人頹廢。咱們試想:如果給姚明一個機會讓練110米跨欄情況會怎樣?結(jié)果是不言而喻,簡直是笑話,那不是強人所難么?機會通常是指在人的能力范圍內(nèi),為了達(dá)到某個理論上可以實現(xiàn)的目的而努力奮斗的行為。像我今天這樣小小演講的機會,如果能撼動你、喚醒你對機會的重視,我演講的目的也就達(dá)到了。 或許你會覺得那樣的機會離你太遙遠(yuǎn),不切實際,那我就來說說離你近點的吧。也成就了淘寶在網(wǎng)上購物的壟斷地位。當(dāng)美國老板來到北京以后,馬去可是十足的過了一把導(dǎo)游的隱,詮釋了什么叫做“尺地主之誼”。一開始馬云和美國老板恰談的合作并不順利,直到有一天,馬云收到小道消息,說是美國老板要來北京玩。不得不恭喜他選擇了珍惜自己所擁有的音樂天賦,所以才成就了他億萬身份,家喻戶曉的知名度,在娛樂圈里首屈一指,成為名副其實的影視泰斗。但是后來他發(fā)現(xiàn)自己玩籃球沒戲?!蔽曳浅Y澩@個說法。 機會可貴,值得珍惜。如果砸得有聲無物,很遺憾,感謝參與。中央二套的《非常6+1》大家喜歡看嗎?里面就有一個砸金蛋的環(huán)節(jié)。 俗話說:“機不再失,失不再來。騎白馬的一不定是白馬王子,可以能是唐僧。機會如動蕩的股市,瞬息萬變。 thank you.
