【正文】 隨附條款中“應(yīng)該”一詞僅為合同閱讀之慣例，并不意味隨附之條款具有或?qū)⒁哂蟹杉s束力。雙方應(yīng)對(duì)本意向書之內(nèi)容保密，且除了本意向書項(xiàng)下雙方及其雇員、律師、會(huì)計(jì)師和潛在買方之潛在貸款方之外，不得向任何其他第三方透露。本意向書不應(yīng)被視為任何合同、或具有法律約束力的協(xié)議，而應(yīng)視作僅為磋商之目的而訂立的有關(guān)本意向書項(xiàng)下可能達(dá)成之合同的條款概述。5.
